Local TV Bids Being Sought by Broadcasting Regulator

MG ALBA Welcomes Two New Board Members

One of the partners in Gaelic language TV channel, BBC ALBA, has appointed two new directors to its board. MG ALBA, the Scottish Government-funded body responsible for funding Gaelic programming, has appointed Jo Macdonald, a freelance writer and researcher, and David Brew, a governor of Robert Gordon University, to the board. Prize Established in Memory of Recent Journalism Graduate

A 21 year-old man who died suddenly just months after graduating with a BA in Journalism is to be remembered with a prize in his name.
