At Denholm, we are proud to be different. Standing out from the crowd has made our business the success it is today, and at the root of this is our unique approach to recruiting. If the truth be told, the label of ‘recruitment agency' hasn't always sat comfortably with us, but as our reputation and brand has grown over the years, the knowledge that we're seen as ‘different from the others' has made us more comfortable with it.

The reason we are different is that we have grown a team here at Denholm that is full of people who have previously worked in marketing or have particular expertise in marketing recruitment. After all, we only recruit sales and marketing professionals so who better to understand the needs of a marketing client or advise marketing candidates, than ex-marketing professionals? We truly believe that it takes-one-to-know-one, and our knowledge and experience in this area really does allow us to get under the skin of a vacancy brief and when it comes to candidates - ‘see beyond the CV'.

We take a very personalised approach with clients. We'll come and meet you face to face in order to fully understand the job, but just as importantly, to get a feel for the culture. Not just the company philosophy, but also the individual team environment, so that we only put forward the most suitable candidates ensuring we deliver a perfect fit. We develop a recruitment plan with our clients that will outline how we intend to source and shortlist candidates, as well as giving an idea of the timescales we are able to work to.

Our unrivalled connections, reputation, and knowledge across all marketing industry disciplines, coupled with our own database consisting of over 15,500 marketing professionals, ensures we are able to deliver the best service in a timely and cost effective fashion.
