DENHOLM ASSOCIATES LAUNCH NEW TRADE PRESS CAMPAIGN.

Denholm Associates is known throughout the marketing and creative industry for its innovative, tongue in cheek advertising, as well as recognised expertise in the field of recruitment.

Edinburgh-based advertising and design agency, 60Watt, was commissioned to produce a new advertising campaign consisting of three executions, which emphasise the recruitment agency’s strengths in the field of Marketing, Advertising, Digital, Sales Promotion and PR. 60Watt’s approach is building on the success of Denholm’s main campaign, ‘We See Beyond The CV.’

Managing Director, John Denholm, says: “the new campaign is just what we’re looking for with eye-catching, memorable and appealing executions. At Denholm, our motto is ‘we see beyond the CV’ and these new adverts initially draw you to the person’s physical appearance, whereas we see beyond the surface to candidates’ skills (technical and interpersonal) and experience. We are in the position to make educated placements because we were once in the industry – albeit, without the tattoos and piercings!”

Denholm Associates has the edge on the competition with consultants having actual marketing industry experience before moving to the field of recruitment. The theme and strap-line of the new ads, ‘Takes One To Know One’, reflects this and demonstrates the consultants heightened understanding of what is required to fill specific roles: “so we can put ourselves in your shoes, because they used to be our shoes.”
