Business Development Manager
A superb opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic and leading drinks organisation!
Working across a fantastic portfolio of brands, the BDM will be responsible for targeting the contemporary on trade channel. You will be required to produce a strategy document that will deliver planned growth of distribution and visibility and achievement of key targets. Specifically you'll be responsible for securing a commitment to buy from minimum 20% of your customer base during an 8 week cycle. You will be first class at developing relationships with a broad range of customers from the Managing Director to the Barman ensuring you achieve circa 5 calls per day. Proactive and keen to succeed, you will be responsible for hitting key regional listings targets through the identification and action of new distribution and new product channels. In addition, you will manage and track all funds related to brand development activity.
For this role, we're looking for a track record in FMCG sales, ideally drinks, with proven experience within the on trade sales channel. You'll be a self starter, results driven and enjoy working to targets. A full driving license is key as well as strong numerical and analytical skills. This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career within a large team.
