We are looking for an established Manager or Senior Consultant to work within our award-winning specialist team. Denholm has an unrivalled reputation within the commercial sector in Scotland.

Founded in 2002 in Edinburgh, we opened our Glasgow office in 2017 and now due to growth and success across both locations, we’re looking to expand our team!
As Managing Consultant, you’ll have a national remit – developing client relationships in numerous sectors including tourism, sport, IT and technology.

Here at Denholm, we pride ourselves on combining the latest recruitment and marketing technology with that knowledgeable personal touch – which means you’ll be picking up on many long-standing strong relationships as well as developing new ones. 

Acting as a true partner to our clients, we work on all commercial vacancies including marketing, business development, communications, product and brand management, digital and events. We place candidates from graduates right up to C-suite level – and we’re known for delivering exceptional service at every turn. In our Glasgow office, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team – offering them support and guidance as they develop their careers. You’ll report into our Glasgow Director, and will work with her to shape procedures and best-practice across the business.

You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, and ideally you’ll have experience in managing or mentoring junior recruiters. You should be an innovative thinker, and true team player. You’ll also be keen to work in an autonomous role where you can steer your team to success.

Jackie Anderson, Head of Agency

Jackie has spent the last 13 years working in the media and advertising industry which has given her a deep understanding and intuition for finding amazing agency talent. Jackie knows the marketplace inside out and enjoys building solid relationships with her clients, really getting under the skin of her clients’ business needs and objectives. 

Jackie specialises in all agency roles including account management, planning and strategy, digital marketing, CRM and traffic and production roles across digital, integrated, advertising, creative and design agencies.

Douglas Cross, Director

With over 14 years’ experience in recruitment, Douglas developed his career as a specialist in the Food and Drink recruitment sector over 9 years.

He is responsible for the management and growth of Denholm’s FMCG sector and has built an excellent record of long-term business relationships with clients and candidates alike.

He works on recruiting roles from mid to senior management and also Director level search assignments.
