The Global Head of Consumer Engagement plays a vital leadership role in Marketing and D2C Sales, and heads up a team responsible for consumer connections in e-commerce, CRM, social, digital, brand PR and media. The lead priority for this role is to envision, drive and accelerate the commercial and brand success in E-Commerce D2C sales. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the Brand teams to optimize the development, implementation and continuous improvement of their brand communications plans – maximizing penetration, impact and share of voice to deliver near and long-term brand growth.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to lead the international marketing programmes across key markets. You will be responsible for ensuring strong brand alignment through bespoke in-market activations. In addition to managing the brand’s existing marketing collateral, you will also lead on innovation and product development; managing the pack development and working with the wider business and appointed design agencies to ensure the brand is best in class across the category.

Another area of responsibility is the continuous development of both content and media plans. Working in conjunction with the wider team and external support, you will monitor and drive improvement in media analysis and understanding for the benefit of the brand.
