This is an exciting new role at Gofor Finance, which will be central in new growth marketing strategy. As business owner of our LinkedIn channel, the Channel Acquisition Manager will unlock opportunities in the platform for communication, engagement and prospecting. You will devise and execute a specific LinkedIn strategy that will help craft business proposals with compelling and insight-led stories, run client feedback surveys to gain deeper insights and partnerships that ultimately support the sales team in growing deeper prospecting opportunities.

  • Deliver actionable insights into how the market landscape is changing through surveys, customer experience analysis and available market data whilst reporting on key competitor movements
  • Break data into understandable and insightful reports/analysis which can build better direct comms journeys and uncover opportunities for stronger engagement (through understanding problems and needs first, solutions second)
  • Support the implementation and management of a customer dashboard and the embedding of customer insights into the culture of the company
  • Support senior managers in client business development and strategy – contribute to the delivery of impactful client presentations

Due to continued growth, the company is now looking for a hungry, driven and dynamic Business Development Manager, who will have an essential role in ensuring that the client base’s requirements are met, no matter how large or small. * These tasks may involve project management, strategic planning and sales support as an essential member of the whole team.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

* Experience of resolving any issues faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
* A track record of negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits.
