You’ll be in our Edinburgh office four days a week doing the following:
Strategy and Planning
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s digital strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand objectives.
- Craft and implement annual digital plans across all markets and channels.
Digital Communications
- Devise and execute a compelling social media strategy that brings the brand positioning to life across all channels.
- Collaborate with the brand team to maintain on-brand tone of voice and engaging content.
- Work with content creators and social media editors to support global channels and retail messaging.
- Take the lead on copywriting and editing for web, email, and social messaging.
- Drive local, national, and international digital campaigns across various channels.
- Play a pivotal role in engaging existing and new consumers online to drive bookings and footfall at Innis & Gunn’s very own Taproom Bars.
Website and Content Management
- Collaborate with development agencies to enhance web functionality, UX, and search rankings.
- Own the global website, ensuring up-to-date content and optimized landing pages.
- Build new web functionalities and integrate data points with the lead CRM database.
Ecommerce
- Develop and execute an ambitious ecommerce plan aligned with broader sales and marketing objectives.
- Lead planning for key promotions, product launches, and offers.
- Collaborate with third-party warehousing providers to ensure efficient platform integration for an enhanced user experience.
Management and Reporting
- Lead a dynamic team with line management responsibilities.
- Effectively manage the digital marketing budget.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly digital reports, utilizing GA4, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools.
