A leading independent Scotch whisky maker is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador/Key Account Manager to lead its growth in Japan. Based in Tokyo, this is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most awarded and innovative whisky brands – known for creativity, craftsmanship, and authenticity.
In this role, you will drive sales growth, build and manage relationships with key retail and on-premise accounts, and work closely with distributors to strengthen visibility and performance across Japan. You will also represent the brand at tastings, events, and training sessions, educating trade partners and consumers about its unique approach to whisky making through engaging storytelling and advocacy.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, with at least three to five years’ experience in sales, account management, or hospitality within the spirits industry. A strong network in the Japanese F&B or retail sector and a genuine passion for whisky are essential.
