We currently have an excellent opportunity with one of the world’s largest financial service organisations, who are looking to recruit a Communications Consultant on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role you will be required to, support the Communications Manager / Head of Workplace & Customer Communications in the development of channel-specific marketing communications.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all communications material produced is developed and delivered in line with group risk policies ensuring appropriate business risk controls, compliance and regulatory requirements are understood and met.
- Customers should be provided with clear information and kept appropriately informed before, during and after point of sale.
- Co-ordinate and support lead on marketing communications cross-functional delivery teams as required.
- Ensure communication of products and services marketed and sold are clear, fair and not misleading and present an accurate representation for identified consumer groups and targeted accordingly.
- Copy-write and develop creative marketing communications across appropriate media to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, adhering to brand standards.
- Make effective use of customer insight (e.g. FSS profiles), and understand key customer segments to deliver effectively targeted marketing communications.
- Review, analyse and report back results on any delivered campaigns to all key stakeholders along with recommendations for future activity.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience of working in financial services.
- Experience of working in a marketing communications role.
- Very good copywriting skills across all media, must be particularly strong in writing for digital media.
- Proven interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Very good brand knowledge, including design and tone of voice.
- Good understanding of customer and adviser segmentation techniques and their application in marketing communications.
