Interim HR Manager – Immediate Start (6-Month Contract)
Looking for your next hands-on challenge? I’m working with a brilliant client who urgently needs an experienced HR Manager to jump in, steady the ship and bring some much-needed calm to a busy period of change.
This is a six-month interim role starting ASAP, and they need someone who’s confident, grounded and able to make an impact from day one. You’ll be the anchor for a small HR team who are working hard but need a steady pair of hands to guide, support and keep things moving in the right direction.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a small HR team day-to-day, giving direction and helping them stay focused and confident
* Handling grievances and complex ER casework with a level head and a pragmatic approach
* Making sure HR processes are followed properly and consistently, especially during a period of transition
* Building trust across the organisation quickly, acting as a calm and reliable presence
* Providing clear, practical advice to managers who need support with people challenges
* Bringing structure, stability and momentum when it’s needed most
What they need from you:
* Solid HR generalist background with strong ER experience
* A natural team leader who can coach, support and bring people together
* Someone who thrives in fast-moving, change-heavy environments
* Immediate (or very near-immediate) availability
