We’ve partnered with Scottish SPCA – Scotland’s leading voice for animals – rescuing, rehoming, and rehabilitating thousands of animals each year.
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the established comms team on an initial 6-month FTC with potential for extension. As a key member of the team, you’ll be working with employees across the organisation as you deliver the internal comms and engagement strategy.

We’re looking for…
- 3+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in a complex, multi-site organisation
- Experience of managing an intranet or internal comms platform
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Fantastic communications and writing skills
- A creative, strategic mind and strong project management skills
- Accessible to Dunfermline headquarters (flexible working here but will be required on-site from time to time)

- Driving and delivering internal communications strategy
- Creating compelling content and campaigns that foster a strong internal culture
- Managing internal communications platforms
- Collaborating with immediate team and wider organisation
- Support leadership communications, major organisational updates, and internal events
- Managing internal communications mailbox and helping to drive new channels
