You’ll engage primarily with clients in the food and drink sector, selling our full chilled packaging range. - Conduct outbound sales activities to promote our comprehensive chilled packaging range.
- Efficiently manage your daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIs.
- Respond promptly to email campaign inquiries and website sample requests.
- Influence customers, providing tailored solutions and cross-selling associated products.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with KPIs.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales Reps, Customers, Branches, and Suppliers.
- Process orders, issue information, and provide order confirmations.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, selling the perfect solution to our clients.
- Connect with potential leads and actively listen to their needs.
- Assist with month-end processes, including creating ad-hoc sales reports.
- Update stock levels and communicate figures to customers.
