As Marketing Automation Technical Consultant, your primary focus will be to provide technical support as our client migrates to Microsoft 365. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across various functions, including Marketing Automation, Development, Architecture, Solution Design, Marketing, Data Analytics, and IT. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
1. Improve Processes and Operational Efficiencies:
- Enhance and streamline processes on Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot technical and data-related challenges to keep things running smoothly.
2. Mentor and Upskill:
- Help train and upskill team members during the migration process.
- Document processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer.
3. Collaboration is Key:
- Collaborate closely with our CRM Solutions Lead as we integrate with other Microsoft 365 suites.
- Work with the IT and Marketing teams to suggest upgrades that enhance our CRM channels.
4. Data Integration Strategy:
- Take ownership of our data integration strategy to ensure GDPR compliance and data security.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Strong Microsoft 365 Expertise: You have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and can leverage its capabilities effectively.
- Systems Integration and Data Transfer: You have experience in systems integration and data transfer, including knowledge of APIs and SFTP.
- CRM and Marketing Cloud Solutions: You come with a strong background in CRM and marketing cloud solutions.
- Data-Driven: You’re data-driven, with strong analytical skills that enable you to make informed decisions.
