We’re looking for an Operations Executive who’s ready to dive in, take on responsibility, and grow with the business. Given the location of the business, this role can be based remotely with th opportunity to travel to the Distillery at key points for meetings or team gatherings.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who will be eager to learn and develop as the role grows with the exciting development plans in the business. It will take on responsibility for dealing with a whole range of customer and client queries ranging across wholesalers, retailers and direct to consumer sales. As the key point of contact within the business for this wide variety of customers, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, keeping up to date records on all goods in and out, tracking orders, as well as managing their private cask sales programme. In addition, you will manage key HMRC documentation including, EMCS paperwork and paperwork for export shipment including certificate of origin from the Chamber of Commerce.
