Reward Manager
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

This position is available due to a key member of the reward team is retiring, creating an exciting opportunity to join the reward team and play a key role in reward activity for this global player.
This is a rare opportunity to work on a wide-reaching programme of change, with visibility at senior levels and impact that will stretch across the organisation. The incoming Reward Manager will be instrumental in helping to rethink, redesign, and deliver a refreshed reward approach. You’ll bring deep knowledge in job evaluation and job architecture, and be ready to apply that expertise as the company revisits frameworks and structures. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering job design services including job analysis and applying job evaluation methodologies (Hay or similar) to ensure fair, accurate and consistent grading.

Leading the development and implementation of Job Family Models and Career Ladder frameworks to keep job design relevant and future-focused.

Supporting annual performance bonus and pay review cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with timelines and stakeholder needs.

Using data to model, interrogate and analyse all aspects of total reward, ensuring high-quality insights support reward strategy and project work.

Managing participation in global reward benchmarking surveys and identifying appropriate external data providers.

Overseeing global benefits provision and ensuring alignment with local market practices.

Contributing to and leading benefits communication and employee education efforts.

Advising HR teams and business leaders on reward policies and practices while maintaining compliance and consistency.
The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong experience with job evaluation (ideally Hay), job design and analysis.

Experience of managing benefits renewals and reward benchmarking.

Proven capability in leading reward projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

Strong data analytics skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and adaptability.
