Are you who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in a generalist reward role within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing reward strategies that align with business and people strategies.
- Experience supporting Remuneration Committees (RemCo) and providing consultancy support to senior stakeholders.
- International exposure and the ability to work within diverse regional contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, innovative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in horizon scanning to identify and implement the latest trends in reward.
What does the day-to-day look like?
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, developing, and implementing the group reward strategy. You’ll work closely with leaders, managers, and HR teams to ensure alignment with the overall business and people strategy, driving business performance and enhancing talent engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert consultancy on all areas of reward.
- Leading activities related to the annual reward cycle, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new reward programmes, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Supporting regional reward activities across one or more of the company’s global regions, ensuring consistency while addressing local nuances.
- Engaging in horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and best practices in reward management.
- Offering opportunities for career growth and progression as you contribute to the ongoing success and strategic direction of the reward function.
