Denholm are currently working with a leading global healthcare insurance provider on a new UI/UX designer position. Reporting into head of digital platforms and user experience. You will be designing for a global audience, you will be hands-on, turning user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into ‘best in class’ UI/UX across multiple digital platforms and challenges. With offices in Scotland, Manchester and London we are happy to receive applications for remote or hybrid working across any of these locations.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and presenting concepts and user
- Ensuring design deliverables such as information architecture, navigation, and user flows are explained and documented for stakeholders.
- Preparing and conduct usability tests against clickable prototypes, take feedback and iterate the design.
- Contributing to user research and customers interviews in order to analyse and understand the users experience with existing digital journeys.
- Delivering high-quality visual designs within the design system.
- Working closely with the development teams to ensure technical consideration are accommodated within final designs and released software is faithful to approved UI designs.
Skills and experience
- Versed in user-centred design methods and techniques.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma etc.
- Experience in working within an Agile manner within a commercial environment.
- Ideally, 3+ years of industry experience working in a creative agency, in-house team, or freelance.
- Portfolio, outlining project outcomes and your contribution to the project results.
