Digital Engagement Officer - Edinburgh
Denholm’s client is a leading authority within the UK’s food and drinks sector. Their mission is to raise awareness, highlight issues, shape consumer behaviour and ultimately increase sales across the industry which gives their Marketing Team a wide scope. The ultimate focus is on delivering “best of breed” campaigns, with many going on to win prestigious awards.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will require a creative individual who will support the delivery of digital infrastructure; working on consumer-facing platforms, programmes and content. You will take responsibility for the coordination of the day to day maintenance and development of the email marketing programme as well as management of the existing brand website to ensure it offers the best possible experience. You will also prepare regular analytics reports and share the digital insight of the website performance, so knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics will be a definite advantage. Other areas where this role will have an impact on the business will include assisting in the creative delivery of social media platforms and working towards seamless customer journeys between channels with a view of a full integration of all digital communications with the use of PPC and SEO.
As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digitally oriented role, with any time spent working within the FMCG sector or consumer-focused role. You will bring a clear understanding of digital behaviours of consumers as well as have the ability to create content along with being involved in analytics.
