An organisation who is famous for attracting people all over the world to visit their sites in Scotland is looking for a Head of Customer Journey to join an established marketing team.

This is a newly created role and a very exciting time to be joining as the business are going through a period of renewal.  You will be responsible for growing audience participation across their sites, increasing income and growing the company brand.

You will have a customer focused approach and act as an internal consultant to the different departments within the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the front-line teams to ensure there is consistency throughout the customer journey and brand standards
  • Identify, adapt and bring examples of best practise leading to measurable improvements in the customer journey for both online and offline channels
  • Partner with the CRM and Ticketing departments to develop a strategy that maximises customer engagement and loyalty
  • Analyse customer data to create customer trends and market sizing models
  • Work with UX consultants and agencies to ensure the website is optimised for various user journeys

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a strategic and leadership role within marketing/digital/research
  • A background in data and insights with a focus on customer journey/user experience
  • A commercial focus with experience of growing income
  • Planning experience or overseeing a significant cultural change/programme
  • Strong communication skills
