Head of Marketing
A large international manufacturing business is looking to add an established Head of Marketing to their successful team, based in Edinburgh.
This is a newly created role and will see you audit the current marketing output of the business and work closely with the CEO to improve and enhance the firm's presence internationally.
As Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include marketing planning, budgeting, product launches and campaign management. You'll lead a cross-functional team, and as such - you should have spades of both online and offline marketing experience. Other duties will include (though will not be limited to):
- Implementing a marketing strategy - including brand management, product launches, marketing campaigns, events & trade shows, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with sales; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate marketing support
- Managing a diverse marketing team – providing coaching and feedback to the team members, managing performance
- Partnering with the Product Management team on all product launches
- Budget responsibility
To be successful in this role you'll have at least 5 years of management experience ideally gained within the technology or manufacturing world. You'll also have extensive team management experience and you'll be comfortable operating in an international arena.
