Robert Mackie has been making the finest quality knitted accessories with skill and passion since 1845.

Passing down expert knowledge through generations of makers, time-honoured techniques are borne out in each product. Using only the highest quality natural yarns sourced directly from world-leading spinners, and ethical and sustainable manufacturing processes, Robert Mackie of Scotland is a globally recognised Scottish knitwear producer who prides itself on delivering luxury hats, scarves and gloves.

MADE IN SCOTLAND

Whilst everything Robert Mackie produces is made in-house in Ayrshire, our luxury knitted MACKIE branded products can be found across the world from Europe to the US & Canada and as far as Japan & Australia.

Our Traditional Scottish Headwear is worn by leading pipe bands and Scottish Clan organisations around the world, and our bespoke customer design and manufacturing services are used by many UK high street and global brands and retailers.

We’re searching for a Design Sales Manager to oversee both the customer own design range and the branded portfolio. Would you like to join us?

DESIGN SALES MANAGER

We are working with Robert Mackie of Scotland to hire a Design Sales Manager to be based from their headquarters in the West of Scotland.

To be considered, you will have a design degree and 3-5 years’ experience within a knitting factory.

You will have strong understanding of knitting machines and be technically sound when it comes to understanding what the machines can and can’t do from a design perspective.
