Fantastic Head of Sales opportunity with Premium Health and Well-being- Focused Snack Brands
Denholm is very excited to be working exclusively with one of Scotland’s most innovative and entrepreneurial companies on the Food & Drink scene. This role is looking after two snack brands, both within the healthy food category. Having tapped into this incredibly popular and ever growing sector, their brands include sugar free, organic, ethically sourced and vegan products.
This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record of managing grocery/retail national & regional accounts. You will have evidence of winning new business and of growing key accounts – ideally across a number of channels.
You will work alongside the founders who have secured significant investment and have plans to expand considerably over the coming year - so there is an opportunity to build and head up your own team!
We need someone who can manage their ongoing relationships with multiple retailers as well as confidently pitch and win new root to market contracts within convenience, health food wholesale and foodservice channels
We are looking for:
- Someone with previous B2B sales experience within a food and/or drinks brand, who has successfully won listings in these type of retailers
- Someone who is hungry for commercial success and enjoys working to ambitious sales targets
- An autonomous, independent worker that can hit the ground running to find new opportunities for the brand, you’ll be someone who can make things happen!
- Someone who is passionate about the health food market, as well as the types of retailers you’ll be selling to.
You’ll be able to help shape an exciting contemporay company, being part of something at the early stages. Great bonus potential and option to get involved in employee shares. They also have a longer term strategy to develop a portfolio of health food products, which you’ll help head up / work across!
