What you will be doing;


  • Developing and delivering customer engagement strategy for on-domain digital platforms
  • Optimising the use of Contact Channels, (Social Media / Chat / SMS / Email) supporting the adoption of digital alternatives to balance the need for telephony based contact
  • Identifying improvement initiatives and working with colleagues across Customer and CX Management
  • Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes in every engagement, by instilling a people and customer centric culture


What will make you succeed in the role;


  • Brand Community Delivery with a strong knowledge of Social Media Best Practice
  • Experience of leading online community teams
  • Proven ability to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Evidenced experience of 3rd Party supplier management
  • Extensive knowledge of owning and enhancing digital systems


What can make you stand out;


  • Solid Project and Process management skills
  • A history of working in a regulated industry
  • Experience of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology
  • Finance and Budgetary business case delivery knowledge
