The team at Denholm is excited to be partnering with a leading Design and Engineering organisation to identify a new Marketing Manager for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Managing a small and busy team, you’ll be responsible for the strategic market direction of business. You’ll work in an overarching capacity, developing a robust marketing plan across products, projects and export functions. Informed by customer and market research, you’ll drive the brand forward with persona-driven messaging, develop engaging campaigns, and you’ll analyse and report on marketing performance to the Board.
Setting strategic direction for the marketing team that enables delivery of the marketing plan across key sectors
You’ll use your experience of multi-channel B2B marketing to successfully execute operational marketing plans and optimise results
You’ll oversee and approve all content for internal and external communications
You’ll support, guide and motivate team members, coaching them to do their best work and on personal and business improvements.
As a member of the leadership team you’ll communicate
progress at board, leadership and team level to drive engagement across the business
Supporting and collaborating with the sales team to drive lead to sale conversion and improve customer advocacy
Managing external suppliers and freelancers
Keeping abreast of customer, competitor and market trends to influence marketing activity
What you’ll bring:
Extensive B2B Marketing experience
Excellent people skills with a proven ability to create cohesive teams, leading them to success through clear direction, connection and coaching
Demonstrable track record of strategic campaign planning
Proven experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B organisation
Knowledge of Hubspot is preferred
Knowledge of SEO and PPC would be advantageous
Video editing experience would be preferred though not essential
