Denholm Associates are working with a marketing leader within media advertising, who offer their sales staff a modern and vibrant working environment, a friendly, competitive team culture and the opportunity to represents some really cool brands.
This role is an office-based telesales role where you will be generating new advertising deals. This role also requires you to attend events and tradeshows where you will build relationships with your client base, represent their brand, and secure new and repeat business opportunities.
Our client has a really steady workforce of successful sales people, it is important to them they find a committed and professional salesperson who will add to their team and grow their business. This is not a revolving door of telesales exec's!
What are we looking for?
Attitude is the most important thing. You must be a tenacious, resilient, professional sales person with a positive attitude towards work.
Target driven. This is a sales role and to hit the very achievable OTE of £50k, you have to enjoy working to targets.
Professional, forward facing. If successful you will be representing some highly prestigious brands, professional pride and an ethical approach to sales is key to protecting your brand.
Hard working & Resilient. Like any sales job, at times it is a slog, you have to demonstrate you have what it takes to see this through.
Friendly & Fun! People who enjoy their role succeed, you have to enjoy the pressures of a B2B role, thrive in this setting, and be up for a laugh to get you through the day!
