Euro Systems are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to add to their commercial team to increase market share and brand awareness. In line with this – we are looking to add a Business Development Manager to our Dumbreck office.

With over 20 years’ experience and hundreds of customers benefiting from the expertise of Euro Systems staff they are now primed, with your help, to expand their market presence and extend their client portfolio.
As Business Development Manager you’ll report into an established Sales Director and drive new business through capitalising on pre-booked appointments.
Joining a dynamic sales team of five (and supported by an outsourced lead generation firm); you will attend up to 20 appointments per month with organisations throughout Central Scotland; to introduce them to the suite of IT services that Euro Systems offer. You’ll ascertain their needs; and up-sell and cross-sell where relevant.
Working to achievable targets; in a very warm sales environment – this is an excellent business development role with a great deal of autonomy and earning potential.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years in a B2B field sales environment
- Prior knowledge or work experience in the IT sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic and can-do attitude
It’s anticipated that you’d spent half of your working week seeing customers; and half in the office – so you must have a clean driving license (a car or car allowance will be provided for you).
