Denholm is delighted to be supporting our client – a market leader in the meal delivery space – as they hire a talented Campaign Manager to join their established marketing team. With a recently expanded product offering and big ambitions for the future (including expanding internationally!), this is an exciting time to join this growing business.
Based from their lovely Edinburgh city-centre offices (with option to work 1-2 days from home), this role will have a focus on retention campaigns – both offline and online.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Successfully executing campaigns in order to increase retention rate and re-activation of lapsed customers
- Working with the wider marketing team to identify opportunities and plan campaigns accordingly, measuring these against KPis and carrying out post-campaign analysis
- Maintaining strong working relationships with external printers and agency – they act as an extended arm of the team
- Using A/B testing methods to contribute to your success
- Creating the email campaign plan with support from junior team members
So, what are we looking for? Well, you will ideally come with experience in a D2C setting managing campaigns or you may come from agency, looking to make the move in-houses. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to interpret data to identify what is working – a good use of excel would help here.
Whilst this role will predominantly be based from their Edinburgh city centre office, there is flexibility to work 1-2 days from home too.
