Based in Glasgow, you would be part of a truly international company producing some of the most recognised brands in the drinks industry. The company is driving growth through impactful marketing integration and an entrepreneurial spirit. Their people are their greatest asset.
Working from the office in Glasgow 3 days per week, at home for 2 days, you would carve out this newly-created role. You would have the opportunity to make your mark on a world leader in premium spirits, a company with a passion for quality, innovation and vision. You would have the opportunity to drive and embed continuous improvement of customer fulfilment across such areas as:-Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, ecommerce, Customer Service and Brand Protection.
You would establish a closer functional governance to ensure standardisation of processes, adoption of Best Practice and the development of capabilities. Working with the Customer Service team, you would manage the Business Transformation programme, create the roadmap for the next several years and ensure the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Best Practice.
You will have experience of managing Customer Service teams and large-scale global Business Transformation programmes, with significant experience in Project Management, Lean Management and Continuous Improvement.
