We would like to hear from you if you have experience planning and delivering CRM strategies aimed at increasing brand loyalty. You will be involved in the decision-making on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and systems and capture crucial information along the sales funnel. Your experience making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities and collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business will not go unnoticed. Top this with your ability to generate analytical insights that drive landing pages optimisations, while carrying out segmentation of the database andA/B testing on various email campaigns and you might be our ideal candidate.
