Customer Success Manager / SaaS / Remote
Denholm Associates have partnered with an innovative Scottish based SaaS Technology company who are looking for the services of an experienced Customer Success Manager.
The role will suit someone from a strong technical background who has worked in sales, pre-sales or account management within a fast-paced SaaS environment preferably in Mobile Technology and Mobile Apps.
You will be commercially skilled, well presented and have confidence in building and maintaining long term relationships at all levels.
Your core activities will be:
- To train customers on existing features, so they get the maximum value from the Platform
- Support pre-sales efforts by conducting sales demos to prospective customers
- Train customers on new features as they are released to increase adoption of feature set
- Conduct customer audits to show how they can increase the effective use of the platform and coach customers into adopting best practices.
Your success will come through:
- Extending the feature-set used by customers
- Increasing sales conversion rates and shortening new customer onboarding timelines
- Increasing the total value of the customer both by increasing customer retention and increasing customer subscription value.
