This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to join a renowned luxury spirits business.
The Digital Customer Activation Manager will be the expert on all things digital/e-commerce for the Luxury and Whisky Specialist channel, working collaboratively with the Digital Centre of Excellence to ensure leading plans aligned to brand objectives and positioning.
You will accelerate the current e-commerce activation plans and build further to deliver industry leading strategies and add real value for the customers. Seeking out new touchpoints and consumer communication channels, you will ensure campaigns are amplified via customer platforms, where appropriate, as an integral part of the activation plans.
In addition to the core deliverables of the role, there is a project based element, whereby the successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on other areas of the business at certain times of the year, such as during London Cocktail Week and The Whisky Show.
