Denholm are delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with The Bruichladdich Company who are looking for a Global CRM and Ecommerce expert to join their growing digital team.
The Global CRM and Ecommerce Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Bruichladdich Distillery and its brands are poised to build strong and lasting relationships with consumers capable of driving meaningful growth; from the initial value exchange to deeper, two-way relationships that shape what they do and what they will offer in the future. With an emphasis on DTC communications and commerce in the immediate and future roadmap, this role has been created at an exciting and critical time for Bruichladdich Distillery.
The successful candidate will lead the global recruitment, analysis and protection of consumer data and embody a mix of strategic, operational, creative and technical expertise. They will develop a truly ownable CRM approach that enhances and elevates the experience consumers have with our brands from the inception of their relationship onwards. Experience of building B2C program propositions from the ground up and operating complex CRM programs globally (that support DTC and ecommerce output) will ensure a future-facing CRM strategy and best-in-class output, alongside a tangible roadmap that gives focus to all stages of the consumer journey. The person stepping into this critical new role will be tasked with driving a step-change in the capability and advancement of Bruichladdich’s CRM in both consumer-facing and business terms. They will define the strategies and tactics that recruit, retain and respond to consumer data in increasingly meaningful ways and shape the infrastructure and output to deliver a competitive approach against external players within the category and beyond spirits.
The successful candidate will have a depth of experience in leading high profile global CRM projects that involve multiple stakeholders at all levels and will naturally promote a collaborative and inclusive culture. The role has a close relationship with the evolution of the holistic DTC strategy (from products through to personalised experiences) and will be critical in supporting the strategic evolution, roadmap and delivery of the DTC and ecommerce ecosystem, led by the Head of Digital Marketing and DTC, across the next 12-18 months.
