Our client are at the forefront of an exciting data-driven ed-tech revolution, they capture a detailed understanding of each child’s strengths and weaknesses and use this to deliver personalised learning that identifies gaps in knowledge and closes them. The results are spectacular, a published research study found pupils using the programme for just 30 minutes weekly progressed in maths fluency almost twice as fast as those who didn’t.
In this role, you can truly change the future of the next generation!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Close deals at a senior level with large educational authorities
- Drive new business sales, by leading the new business team
- Manage sales & account management staff across the business
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Managing sales teams
- Selling to large organisations
- Data-driven approaches to sales & marketing management
- A self-starter with drive and determination
- Strong personal integrity, honesty and openness when dealing with others
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal
Beneficial to have experience of:
- Selling to schools
- Selling a SaaS product
- Sales & marketing in a technology business
- Digital marketing and the use of data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
