Denholm Associates are happy to have been asked to support this extremely well-known and respected Scottish company in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a well-established name within the motor trade and you would be joining a strong HR team, to deliver a full generalist support, with an emphasis on all facets of Employee Relations.
You will be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment, providing an exceptional level of service to the management team looking after a significant number of diverse employees. You will have full administrative support in advising on 'all things ER', focusing on employee welfare and well-being, absence, disciplinaries etc, always with an eye for best practice and delivering significant value to a hugely-successful team and company.
A CIPD qualification would be preferred, but is not essential; what is a pre-requisite is that you will have enjoyed a stand-alone HR advisory role for at least 2 years, offering outstanding generalist HR support to a senior team.
