Denholm Associates is working exclusively with the Edinburgh International Festival to recruit an Interim Director of Marketing, who will lead the department during the period in which a permanent role is being recruited.
They will have lead responsibility for marketing the 2022 Festival in its 75th anniversary year and will support Communications and Ticketing leads, ensuring that all departmental activity is aligned to corporate strategy.
Reporting to the Executive Director, they will be responsible for several specialist areas including marketing and communications, ticketing, CRM, audience development and engagement, data analytics, brand, broadcast and digital products, and oversee a team of 12 employees. They will also manage relationships with a number of external agencies.
Working closely with the Festival Director and other colleagues, they will develop new ways for people to connect with the Festival as ticket buyers or participants and develop innovative partnerships that reach communities spanning Edinburgh and the rest of the world.
