You will support the business in identifying, attracting, interviewing and on-boarding the best calibre, 'future fit' candidates. You will work with all business areas, recruiting technical designers, engineers, through to finance and sales & marketing. You will bring your creativity and demonstrable recruitment expertise, honed from either in-house or consultancy experience. Web-based recruitment, job boards, talent-spotting and other candidate attraction tools will allow you to build a pipeline of strong candidates to ensure future success.
Technical/engineering recruitment experience would obviously be welcomed, but is not essential. What are pre-requisites are a sense of purpose, a people-centric approach to every task, an open, collaborative mindset and a focus on diversity & inclusivity.
