The Graphic Designer will support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, creating, and managing online marketing campaigns, with a focus on design and creative elements. Facilities management is a technical industry, and intelligent and engaging design and creative assets is critical to communicating the company’s proposition and services in an effective way. The Marketing team forms part of the wider Business Development team and is focused on three core pillars: brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing.

Qualifications and experience
- Graphic design or design-related degree.
- Experienced in using Adobe suite of design tools, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experienced in using and designing content for Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Editorial design and layout skills.
- Inquisitive character with a keenness to learn about wider areas of digital marketing, as well as the business and target audience.
- Personable and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. Due to the nature of the role, the Marketing Executive will need to build good relationships with colleagues in different teams.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work according to agreed timelines.
Desirable but not essential:
- Basic video editing.
- Basic knowledge of html.
- A good understanding of website and email design.
- Basic copywriting skills.
Responsibilities and duties
- Design of creative assets for marketing purposes, such as graphics, banners, imagery, and website elements.
- Design of material and collateral to support the sales team and wider business, such as prospect/customer presentations, proposals, graphics, logos, and templates.
- Create and publish LinkedIn posts and manage the social media calendar. Gather positive news stories, insights, and topics from internal and external sources.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in considering user experience and conversion rate optimisation across all touch points.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with creative direction on various projects including video, photographer, content, and animation.
- Manage website updates, including imagery and content. CMS training will be provided. The website is built on Umbraco.
- Manage and update the company’s image library and brand guidelines as required.
