Denholm are delighted to be supporting our leading retail client to hire a talented Marketing Manager to their established Marketing team. They’ve been doing extremely well of late and one of the few retail businesses to come through the pandemic without store closures or redundancies. Low staff turnover is something they are really proud of and this is on the back of the fantastic culture they have there.
This is a more traditional marketing role and is a senior member of the team working closely with Head of Marketing. Your focus will be on campaigns, promotions and event activations.
This will be on an initial 9-12 month FTC initially.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating Multichannel Campaigns across brand, partnerships and internal comms
- Managing a team of 2 x Marketing Coordinators
- Inputting to overall marketing strategy alongside Head of Marketing
- Working closely with wider marketing team
- Collaborating with 3rd party partnerships on events
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail marketing experience, exposure to managing/mentoring a team and can work in a fast paced environment. You’ll ideally also come with experience of managing or activating events.
Head office is based in the central belt, however there is full flexibility in terms of work from home.
