Due to increasing demand for their service, they now require an experienced Sales Manager to lead, support and inspire a dynamic team in Manchester.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overall operational excellence; driving high performance and efficiencies both with the Customer Account Managers and customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service and productivity is delivered.
You will have oversee a large team of Customer Account Mangers and will be expected to drive customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement initiatives. You will be accountable for all aspects of sales delivery for your team, drive and maintain compliance, while acting as a key escalation point for your Customer Account Managers.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record of commercial success and people leadership achievement from within an insolvency practitioners or debt solutions firm. You will be a natural people person, with energy and passion for what you do, who loves achieving targets and driving and supporting the development of others.
