Denholm are delighted to be working with one of the foremost strategic content marketing agencies who specialise in the financial services sector, delivering exciting creative projects to global clients – including many in the USA.
This new role comes to the agency with considerable scope for development and learning, inputting into a wide variety of projects across all content channels.
You’ll be working within a friendly account team as they strive to provide the smooth delivery of high quality, accurate and channel appropriate content to meet their clients needs.
You’ll be required to retain a commercial focus at all times, ensuring all growth opportunities are maximised across key accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the account team to ensure client satisfaction is consistently high, in relation to content delivery and client service with responsibilities including:
- Define and deliver strategic content marketing solutions to client stakeholders.
- Work with the account team and internal stakeholders to ensure content marketing solutions and service delivery achieves the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times, as identified by client satisfaction surveys.
- Pre-empt and/or troubleshoot and resolve any concerns or areas of client dissatisfaction.
- Challenge client briefs and requests where appropriate to ensure the most appropriate / successful outcome.
- Manage and/or oversee project budgets, including preparation of project estimates, business cases, ROI models.
- Present financial justification for strategic recommendations.
- Ensure projects you are responsible for are delivered on brief, on time and on budget, using well-defined and clear internal/external briefing, scheduling and ongoing communications.
- Resolve any problems with methods, costs or timings to the agency and the client’s satisfaction.
- Identify suppliers, screening them for suitability and negotiating terms and service level agreements.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum of four years’ account team experience in a BTL/integrated agency environment, preferably with a strong track record in financial services.
- Experience in a content marketing agency is highly desirable.
- Degree or CIM educated (or similar recognised marketing qualification).
- Financially astute and confident in handling complex cost estimates and profit reporting.
- Strong client handling skills – ability to communicate with self-confidence and creativity.
- Track record in managing editorial contributors and external services.
- Creative eye – experience of working alongside studio designers and ability to negotiate and influence a design outcome.
- Ability to manage team resources of all levels to optimise project efficiency.
