Are you a talented SEO Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, we want to speak to you!

One of our key financial services clients in Glasgow is searching for a versatile individual to join their team of search engine marketeers and become their new SEO Manager role. This is mainly a technical SEO role, however this opportunity is ideal for an individual who has an eye for every aspect of digital marketing, for example the strategy used and applying this to the offsite SEO disciplines.

The role will allow the successful candidate to experience first-hand technical SEO campaigns through onsite optimisation, well known techniques and also communicating with the content marketing and digital PR departments.

Within the role you will have a responsibility to oversee and help a team of juniors and help broaden their knowledge and understanding of SEO practices.

DUTIES:

  • To understand client KPI's and implement campaigns accordingly
  • To complete onsite and offsite SEO tasks to an outstanding standard
  • To identify a client's organic performance effectively
  • To understand Google's algorithms to a sufficient level in order to influence visibility
  • To pursue development in your SEO knowledge whilst maintaining campaigns
  • To cooperate with other digital marketing departments in order to aid campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years' experience in running and leading SEO campaigns.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with internal and external departments
  • Advanced knowledge in using Google Analytics, Search Console and Data Studio
  • Experience of interpreting web crawls using industry software

OTHER SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of the organic search landscape
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret search data
  • Attention to detail ability to create compelling documentation
  • Time management skills
  • An interest in offsite SEO and collaboration with Content Marketing and PR

Head of Marketing for Vodka, Gin and RTDs

In this newly created role, the Head of Marketing for Vodka, Gin and RTDs will take full ownership for defining the direction the clear spirit brands take.

The role will offer the perfect balance of brand and trade marketing activities. Working with a category leading brand, you will have strong consumer branding knowledge which will allow to translate these brand activations into engaging brand stories and will help recruit the target audience into the brand halo. A strong commercial marketer, you will work with the Sales team to execute key marketing initiatives, ensuring that all brand executions produce a strong ROI through the P&L.

Head of Whisky Marketing

Denholm are delighted to be working exclusively with Loch Lomond Group; one of the most exciting and fast-growing global spirits companies in the country. To assist with their growth ambitions, they are looking to recruit a commercially astute and strategic marketer to join their team in a newly created role, as Head of Whisky Marketing.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Whisky will create and drive a comprehensive and strategic brand plan including positioning, range architecture and pricing strategy to allow delivery of the business growth ambitions. You will have a background of working with premium spirits and be confident in launching NPD and range extensions across the global marketplace, ensuring alignment to the brand values through promotional toolkits. In addition to a background in brand-building, with the consumer at the heart of global activations, you will have experience of leading brand communications across all platforms including digital, sponsorship, PR and Events.

The Head of Whisky will be a visionary thinker and will bring passion and enthusiasm to the role. You will have the ability to nurture and lead a high performing team to ensure that all strategic plans are translated into commercially successful activations.
