Denholm is delighted to be supporting our client – a leading provider of online qualifications – as they look to add to their talented team of marketers and designers. As a Social Media & Design Exec, you’ll play a key role in managing their brands across all social channels and developing brand and marketing assets.
As a business, they help their students learn and better themselves but that doesn’t stop there. There’s a big focus on upskilling and developing their employees so if you are looking for somewhere to progress, this could be for you.
They offer a fantastic working environment and the team genuinely love working there (based on recent employee survey). With an office in Glasgow city centre, there is flexibility to work hybrid – as long as you can get into the office couple of days each week.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing accounts for LI, Insta, Facebook and Twitter
- Working with the content team to create engaging copy
- Assisting with monthly reporting and researching latest social media trends
- Developing and animating brand and marketing assets
- Producing assets across web, email, display and social
- Maintaining digital and printed course brochures and learning materials
Providing a lot of variety in an engaging environment, this would be well suited to someone in the relatively early stages of their career looking to take their next step and develop. You’ll come with a solid grounding in social media and design/image editing skills – ideally 1 year+ in each. You won’t need to be a fully-fledged designer as you’ll be working from existing templates a lot of the time. The main thing is coming with plenty of creativity and ideas as well as a desire for high standards in all the work you produce!
