Vermilion’s vision is centred around a set of values that all staff have invested in, including consistent clinical excellence and outstanding service to referring dentists, patients and team members. Patient care is top of mind and the talented team of clinicians, nurses and administrative staff all strive to provide the highest standards of care in a relaxing and welcoming environment.
Vermilion has heavily invested in its product since opening in Edinburgh nine years ago. Since then our purpose-built Kelso clinic, launched in 2018, has welcomed patients from the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Our third and newest cutting-edge site at no 50 St John’s Road is home to the dental hygiene team, as well as being the administrative hub for the business. Vermilion is independently owned and the owner is looking to take the business to the next level to secure its position as one of Scotland’s most forward-thinking private dental referral clinics.
The strategy so far has centred around a very personalised B2B basis, however with the landscape changing and the potential for dynamic business growth, there is a greater need to reach out to the industry – and directly attract patients – in new and innovative ways.
We have created a new role that will help to grow and shape the brand during an exciting period of growth. Would you like to join us?
The Marketing Manager will be an expert in digital communications, CRM and SEO to reach new audiences, tell Vermilion’s story, enhance its reputation and ultimately increase its market share.
All campaigns will be measured to track business growth as a result of the new marketing activity. The manager will work alongside one of Scotland’s leading creative agencies to create and execute a first-class digital strategy, whilst constantly bringing new energy and ideas to each and every campaign undertaken.
Vermilion’s “can do” culture centres around transparency, success and providing a progressive environment for its team members which directly translates to an excellent experience for the patient.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter with relevant experience to drive these campaigns. There will also be a need to collaborate with Vermilion’s team of in-house dental experts across all three sites to translate their successes and patient stories into valuable content that will be communicated in commercially-driven campaigns.
Wider contact within the dental community at home and abroad to explore partnerships will also be expected, as well as strengthening relations with Vermilion’s diverse group of referring colleagues through running blue sky educational events and seminars.
