The role of Finance Manager is integral in supporting the business in delivering the Warmworks strategy.

Your Responsibilities
You are a technically strong individual with vast experience of operational finance end to end processes. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the finance department whilst supporting a number of projects including overseeing invoicing. Responsibilities include management and oversight of purchase and sales ledger, purchase orders, month-end reporting, management accounting and providing regular forecast and analysis. You are a strong communicator who can build excellent stakeholder relationships and provide business partnering at senior management level. You will have responsibility for leading a small team, ensuring all financial compliance and control measures are delivered and met, resolving issues as they arise. As part of the role, you will support the delivery of ad hoc projects and add process improvement when appropriate.
Your experience
You will ideally be a fully qualified finance professional who holds a professional accounting qualification including CIMA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent. You have experience of working within a corporate environment with knowledge and understanding of UK accounting standards. You are an effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members. You are a self-starter who can use your own initiative to deliver and achieve objectives. You will ideally have prior experience of leading and mentoring others. Experience of Navision would be advantageous.
