We are a family run business, established in 2007 when Amanda Stewart (OUR CTO) identified the need for an effective service led solution to support SME’s manage and control their business growth by using outsourced IT consultancy services.
Our brand quickly grew a reputation for reliable pragmatic advice on IT performance improvement – by learning and adapting quickly to the needs of our growing client base, we developed a bullet proof process for evaluating existing IT infra structure and mapping against planned growth or diversification – it is this rigour which has kept our clients, and where our philosophy of ‘Where one satisfied customer leads to another’ has allowed us to continually invest in our knowledge and skills to keep our clients safe, current and operational.
We’re actively involved in the B1G1 movement, giving meaningful impact in our workplace towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and working towards BCorp certification.
But that’s just the beginning…. we have big plans to achieve 30% growth year on year, a 95% customer satisfaction score and make this an award-winning year for the team and business.
