Reporting to the Customer Director, the Account Controller will develop strategic plans that deliver on agreed client visions and objectives, while leading, developing and supporting a UK-wide sales and commercial team. This is a home and remote working role at senior leadership level.

How you'll make your mark

  • Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of high-profile FMCG clients, delivering on agreed vision and commercial objectives.
  • Lead, develop and support direct reports to ensure client objectives are consistently met.
  • Develop insight-led, data-driven strategic solutions to drive UK national account growth.
  • Build and sustain high-performing field sales teams across a UK-wide operation.

You will have a significant proven track record of FMCG field sales leadership, with evidence of delivering data-driven commercial solutions across both corporates and SMEs. You will be an inclusive, inspiring people-leader who knows how to build teams that perform.
