Technology changes what's possible. People change what actually happens.
AI is transforming the way businesses work. But introducing new technology is only half the challenge. The real opportunity lies in helping people understand it, embrace it and use it to make a meaningful difference.
That's where you come in.
Cobry is looking for a Change Management & AI Adoption Lead to build and lead its growing change and adoption practice, helping organisations unlock the full potential of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise and emerging AI technologies.
This role goes well beyond traditional change management. It's an opportunity to shape a new service offering, influence senior business leaders, work at the forefront of AI adoption and make a genuine impact on how organisations operate.
And you'll be joining a business that believes technology should make working life better and simpler.
You'll lead that transformation. Working closely with Cobry's COO, technical specialists and commercial teams, you'll develop and deliver change programmes that help clients move beyond initial excitement and experimentation to lasting behavioural change.
You'll be part strategist, part consultant, part educator and part builder. One day you could be facilitating an AI discovery workshop with a client's leadership team. The next, developing an adoption strategy, coaching internal champions or creating a scalable framework that becomes part of Cobry's wider consulting proposition.
Crucially, you'll have the freedom to shape how this practice develops.
Cobry is looking for someone who understands that successful digital transformation is really about people.
You'll be an experienced change management, digital transformation or technology adoption professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience within a technology consultancy, cloud services business or professional services environment would be particularly interesting.
Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR would also be useful, although Cobry is equally interested in people who can demonstrate successful change through practical experience.
Deep AI engineering or Google Workspace expertise is optional. What matters most is your curiosity about technology, your ability to understand its potential and your talent for helping others embrace it.
You're naturally curious, commercially aware and genuinely interested in what makes people tick.
You can hold your own in a boardroom, but you're equally comfortable sitting alongside employees to understand why something isn't working.
You enjoy creating structure where it doesn't yet exist. You can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the practical details. And you get real satisfaction from seeing people change the way they work for the better.
Most importantly, you're someone who wants to build, influence and make things happen.
This is a UK remote role. You'll have the chance to:
This could be an ideal next step for an experienced Change Manager, Digital Adoption Lead or Transformation Consultant looking for greater ownership, variety and the opportunity to create something of their own.
Cobry is a leading Google Cloud Partner, helping organisations work smarter through cloud technology, collaboration tools and AI.
As businesses increasingly invest in AI, there's a growing need to bridge the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it.
AI adoption is rapidly becoming one of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing organisations. Cobry is investing in the expertise needed to help clients navigate that change successfully, and this is a chance to join a growing, forward-thinking technology business at a pivotal moment.
This one is a build. Cobry is creating a change and adoption practice from the ground up, and whoever takes it on will work directly with the COO and decide how it grows.
