Training here isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme. Whether it’s a Whisky Course or a WSET qualification, learning is tailored to what each colleague actually needs, supporting both day-to-day performance and longer-term development. The result is progression that feels personal, not prescribed.
Beyond formal training, colleagues are encouraged to get out into the industry, attending conferences and events that keep them connected to what’s happening in the wider world of whisky. Growth doesn’t just happen at a desk.
