A period of real growth has prompted a restructure, and part of that means bringing in a permanent Head of Marketing for the first time. There's a team here. There's a plan. There's a business that's ready to back this properly. What's missing is the person to lead it.

Continuing to evolve. Finding smarter ways to design, better ways to support our clients and more opportunities for our people to grow through the kind of projects that have defined Harley Haddow for more than 70 years.

The marketing function is growing with us and the Head of Marketing will lead the way. The plan for 26/27 is already built and in motion. From January 2027, they'll own the strategy for 27/28 and everything that comes with it.

What’s in it for you?

  • 33 days annual leave including public holidays. The office closes over Christmas and New Year, with 5 days reserved for Christmas closure and 2 for New Year. The office remains open throughout the rest of the year.

Harley Haddow has grown through good work, strong relationships and a genuinely hands-on culture. Even as the business grows, it still feels collaborative, grounded and full of people who want to build something together.

Further. We have no Marketing Director in post and we're in no rush to create an arbitrary ceiling. The right person will earn that progression by delivering the plan, building the relationships and shaping the strategy. 

Harley Haddow has built a culture where people are trusted to take ownership, contribute meaningfully and grow through real experience. Directors remain closely involved in the day-to-day business, creating an environment where mentoring, coaching and collaboration are part of how people work together.
