Governing the game at every level
Building belonging. Being brave. Bringing passion.
Scottish Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Scotland, dedicated to growing the game and inspiring the nation. We believe in the power of people coming together – just listen to our voices fill a stadium as we sing the national anthem at an international!
Our home is Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Scotland’s largest stadium, where the men’s national team plays its home matches. The Scotland Women’s team plays at Hive Stadium in Edinburgh.
Scottish Rugby oversees all Scotland National teams, from U16s to Scotland A, along with Glasgow Warriors, and Edinburgh Rugby. We also support domestic leagues and competitions across the country, ensuring rugby continues to grow at every level and there is a thriving club game.
From grassroots to the global stage, we are committed to shaping the future of rugby in Scotland and beyond.

At Scottish Rugby, we believe rugby is a game for everyone. Whether you’re already a fan or just curious about joining the team, you don’t need to know all the rules to feel at home here. What matters most is your energy, ideas, and commitment to being part of something bigger.
We’re building a team that reflects our nation – diverse in backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We know that when people bring their individual strengths to the table, we can achieve incredible things together, both on and off the pitch. That’s why we’re focused not just on finding people who “fit in,” but those who add to our culture and help it grow. By welcoming different ways of thinking and working, we’re building a stronger, more innovative Scottish Rugby community.
